Full Description
The Rijksmuseum, the national museum of the Netherlands
The Rijksmuseum on Museumplein is the great treasure house of Dutch art and history. Its red-brick building opened in 1885 and reopened in 2013 after a ten-year renovation, and its Gallery of Honour gathers the most famous paintings of the Dutch Golden Age, while other halls display Delft blue ceramics, silver, ship models, weapons and astonishingly detailed dolls' houses.
Rijksmuseum tickets are among the most valuable items on the pass, and entry works with a timed reservation, so book your slot as soon as you know your dates. The museum is open every day, usually from 9:00 to 17:00; Rijksmuseum opening hours can change on holidays. Allow at least two to three hours, start early in the morning before the big groups arrive, and head straight to the Gallery of Honour first.
Amsterdam canal cruise and the A'DAM Lookout
No visit is complete without seeing the city from the water. The canal cruise on the pass glides along the 17th-century canal ring, a UNESCO World Heritage site since 2010, past gabled merchant houses, houseboats and arched bridges, with commentary on how the canals were dug and used. It is the perfect first activity on day one to understand the shape of the city.
For the view from above, the pass covers the A'DAM Lookout on top of the A'DAM Tower in Amsterdam Noord, about 100 metres above the IJ. Take the free ferry from behind Central Station, explore the interactive exhibition and step onto the roof terrace for a panorama of the canals, the port and the polders. Late afternoon visits catch the sunset over the old centre.
Zaanse Schans windmill village day trip from Amsterdam
The Zaanse Schans is an open-air village on the banks of the Zaan river, north of Amsterdam, where historic wooden windmills, green-painted wooden houses and old workshops were brought together from the 1960s onwards to preserve the industrial heritage of the region. Several mills still work, grinding pigments, pressing oil or sawing timber, and you can see cheese being made and clogs being carved.
The pass includes a Zaanse Schans day trip from Amsterdam, which makes it easy to fit into a 3 or 5-day stay. Plan half a day, go early to enjoy the mills before the busiest hours, and walk along the dyke for the classic view of the windmills reflected in the river. It is one of the best ways to see rural Holland without renting a car.
Muiderslot Castle on the IJmeer
Muiderslot is a moated brick castle standing where the Vecht river meets the IJmeer in the small fortified town of Muiden, east of Amsterdam. Built around 1280 and rebuilt in the following century, it guarded the river trade route to the city, and in the 17th century it became a meeting place for poets, scholars and artists. Its towers, drawbridge and rooms furnished in Golden Age style make it one of the best-preserved castles in the Netherlands.
With the pass you can explore the castle rooms, climb onto the ramparts and stroll through the herb and fruit gardens. Allow half a day including the journey, and combine it with a walk on the old fortress walls of Muiden and along the harbour. It is a favourite with families, as children enjoy the knights, towers and weapons halls.
Keukenhof gardens and the Amsterdam Tulip Museum
In spring the pass includes Keukenhof with a shuttle bus, the world-famous flower park near Lisse, south-west of Amsterdam. Every year millions of tulips, daffodils and hyacinths are planted across landscaped gardens, ponds and pavilions, and the surrounding bulb fields turn into stripes of colour. The best time to visit Keukenhof is from mid-April, when most tulips are in bloom; the park opens only from about late March to mid-May.
Outside the season, the Amsterdam Tulip Museum on the Prinsengracht tells the story of the flower that shaped Dutch history, from its arrival from the Ottoman lands to the famous price bubble of the 1630s and the modern bulb trade. It is a short visit of about 30 to 45 minutes, easily combined with a walk through the Jordaan.
Moco Museum, This Is Holland and city attractions
Several attractions on the pass bring variety to rainy or relaxed days. The Moco Museum shows modern and contemporary art and street art in a historic villa on Museumplein, This Is Holland in Amsterdam Noord is a flying-theatre experience that sweeps you over the Dutch landscape, waterworks and cities, and the Amsterdam Dungeon brings the darker side of the city's history to life with theatrical shows.
Families also enjoy the playful illusions of Upside Down Amsterdam, and the diamond experience explains how Amsterdam became a centre of diamond cutting from the 16th century. Most of these visits take between one and two hours and sit close to the centre, so you can build them around your museum and day-trip reservations. The digital city guide on your phone helps you plan each day.

Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers to what travellers ask us most, before they book.
Is this a shared or a private experience?
It is a digital attractions pass. You visit each attraction independently, and day trips or cruises on the list are shared with other visitors.
How long is the pass valid?
The default option covers 5 consecutive calendar days from your first visit. Options for 1, 2 and 3 days are also available in the booking panel.
Is hotel pickup included?
No. You travel to each attraction yourself; day trips such as the Zaanse Schans and the Keukenhof shuttle depart from central meeting points.
What is included?
Prepaid entry to the attractions on the pass list, including the Rijksmuseum, a canal cruise, the A'DAM Lookout, a Zaanse Schans day trip, Muiderslot Castle and seasonal Keukenhof, plus a digital city guide.
Is the price per person or per group?
The price is per person, with a reduced rate for children aged 3 to 12. The booking panel on this page shows the current price of each option.
Is it suitable for children or travellers with reduced mobility?
Yes, many attractions suit families, and children have their own pass. Accessibility differs from one attraction to another, so check each venue in the city guide.
Which pass length should I choose?
One or two days suit a short stay focused on the city; three days let you add the windmills, and five days give time for the castle and Keukenhof at an easy pace.
Do I need to book the Rijksmuseum in advance?
Yes. Reserve a timed slot as soon as you know your dates, as morning slots fill quickly in busy seasons.
What is the best season to use the pass?
Spring is ideal because Keukenhof is included from late March to mid-May; summer brings the longest opening hours, and autumn is calmer for museums.
What happens in bad weather?
Most attractions on the pass are indoors, so a rainy day is a good museum day. Outdoor trips may change in severe weather, and the city guide shows the latest information.
What should I bring?
A charged smartphone with your pass, comfortable shoes, a public transport card for getting around and a light rain jacket.
How do I book and confirm?
Choose the pass length and your date in the booking panel and complete the booking. Our team confirms on WhatsApp within minutes and sends your digital pass.
