Da Nang: Da Nang is a modern coastal city on the central coast of Vietnam, with Da Nang International Airport (DAD) only about 3 km from the centre, the Han River and Dragon Bridge, My Khe Beach and, within an hour, Hoi An, Ba Na Hills and the Hai Van Pass road to Hue.
Hanoi: Hanoi is Vietnam's capital, a city of lakes, French-era boulevards and an ancient Old Quarter, with Noi Bai Airport (HAN) about 30 km north of the centre and Ha Long Bay, Ninh Binh and Sa Pa all within a day's reach.
Ho Chi Minh City: Ho Chi Minh City, still called Saigon, is Vietnam's largest and fastest-moving city, with Tan Son Nhat Airport (SGN) only about 7 km north-west of District 1 and the Cu Chi Tunnels, the Mekong Delta and the beaches of Vung Tau and Mui Ne all within a few hours.

Planning a trip to Vietnam
