Cookies and Marketing Preferences
This page explains the small amount of information our website keeps in your browser, what we deliberately do not use, and how you control the marketing messages we send.
1. Summary
In short:
- We use no advertising cookies.
- We use no third-party tracking: no Google Analytics and no Meta pixel.
- Our own measurement script uses no cookies and does not store your IP address.
- We respect your browser’s Do-Not-Track setting.
- We send marketing messages only to people who opted in, and you can stop them at any time.
2. Cookies and browser storage explained
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device. Local storage and session storage are related browser features that allow a website to keep small pieces of information on your device. Information in local storage remains until you clear it; information in session storage is deleted when you close the browser tab or window. Unlike cookies, this information is not sent automatically to the website with every request.
3. What we store in your browser
The list below shows what our website keeps on your device, why, the type of storage and how long it remains:
Together with these identifiers, our measurement script records the page viewed, the source or referring page, campaign tags (UTM), device type, language and the country derived at the moment of collection. It does not record your IP address, and this data is not used to identify you or to show you advertising.
- Visitor identifier — a random code used to count visits and booking-process steps without identifying you — local storage — until you clear it.
- Visit identifier — a random code that links the pages viewed during a single visit — session storage — until you close the tab or window.
- Booking form entries — keeps what you type in the booking form so that it is not lost while you browse — session storage — until you close the tab or window.
- Phone-number field — the component that formats international numbers in our forms is self-hosted, served from our own website rather than a third-party server — no separate storage — for the time the page is open.
4. What we do not use
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting tags, social media pixels or third-party analytics. We do not allow advertising networks to collect information about your visit through our website, and we never sell data about our visitors.
If our hosting and security infrastructure ever needs a strictly necessary technical cookie to protect the website against abuse, it is used for security only and never for tracking or advertising.
5. Do-Not-Track
If your browser sends a Do-Not-Track signal, our measurement script respects it and does not collect measurement data during your visit. The booking form continues to work normally, because keeping your entries in session storage is part of the service you are actively using.
6. How to clear or block stored information
You can delete or block local storage, session storage and cookies at any time through your browser settings. Clearing site data for www.haqqitours.com removes the visitor identifier; a new random identifier is created on your next visit unless you block storage. Menu names vary between versions, but the usual paths are:
A private or incognito window also prevents information from remaining on your device after the window is closed. Blocking storage does not stop you from browsing the website or sending a booking request, although the form may not keep your entries if you leave the page.

7. Links to other services
When you follow a link to WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram, or open a supplier’s website, you leave our website. Those services may use their own cookies and tracking under their own policies, which we do not control. We recommend that you review their privacy settings.
8. Marketing messages
We may send offers, seasonal ideas and news about our services through the following channels:
We send marketing only if you have opted in, for example by agreeing when you contact us or by asking to receive offers, or, where the law allows, to existing customers about services similar to those they have already booked. We never sell personal data and do not share your contact details with other companies for their own marketing.
- WhatsApp messages to the number you have given us;
- email to the address you have given us.
9. How to opt in, opt out or change your preferences
You control the marketing you receive from us:
We act on opt-out requests promptly. Stopping marketing does not affect messages about a booking you have made, such as confirmations, pickup details or important changes, which are part of delivering the service.
- To opt in, tell our team on WhatsApp or write to info@haqqitours.com that you would like to receive offers, and say which channel you prefer.
- To stop WhatsApp messages, reply STOP to any message from us.
- To stop emails, reply to the email asking us to stop, or write to info@haqqitours.com.
- To change the channel or the type of messages you receive, contact us by either channel and we will update your preferences.

We may update this page if our website or our practices change. The date of the latest update is shown on this page. Questions can be sent to info@haqqitours.com or by WhatsApp to @haqqitours. For more on how we handle personal data, please read our Privacy Policy.
