Amsterdam Airport Transfers
Schiphol arrivals can be met by a private driver Haqqi Tours books ahead, with the Amsterdam hotel drop-off and fare settled by WhatsApp.
Amsterdam Airport Transfers matter for most Gulf families because the city itself sits close to the canal ring, the Jordaan lanes and the museum quarter, all reachable within a short ride from Schiphol. Visitors often base themselves near the center and move on foot or by tram between markets, parks and the old harbor streets. Tulip season in spring and the milder weeks of autumn suit travelers who prefer cooler air than a Gulf summer, while winter brings its own quiet canal views.

This page lists the Amsterdam Airport to Amsterdam Airport transfer that Haqqi Tours books door to door, pairing each family with a vetted partner driver who tracks the flight before pickup. Booking follows the usual Haqqi Tours pattern, coordinated through the same WhatsApp line, with a fixed price confirmed in writing before payment. Families traveling with young children can mention a car seat to the Arabic-speaking coordinator when they first message the desk.

Routes we run in Amsterdam
Private transfer routes are listed for Amsterdam, from Amsterdam Airport, Amsterdam, Rotterdam Airport and Eindhoven Airport: destinations include Keukenhof, Giethoorn, Rotterdam, Brussels, Bruges, Paris, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Eindhoven, Hotel, City Centre and Efteling. Each route has its own page with the distance, the drive time, the vehicles and the booking form; if your hotel is not named, book the nearest and tell the desk the exact address - the price is per vehicle and rarely changes for a nearby address.
Trains run from Schiphol to Centraal in 15-20 minutes and are excellent for a light traveller; a canal-house hotel with stairs, a family with luggage or a day trip to Giethoorn is simpler with a car at the door.
Vehicles
Sedan for one to three passengers, minivan or GMC for up to seven, Sprinter for eight to thirteen; Mercedes, Volkswagen, Ford Transit and Peugeot Traveller models, air-conditioned, with proper luggage space. Child seats on request at no extra charge. The desk recommends the size once it knows how many of you there are and how many bags.
How the transfer works
Booking takes one WhatsApp message: flight, date, passengers, hotel. The confirmation carries the price, the vehicle and the meeting arrangement in writing. At the airport the driver is at the point the confirmation named, with a name board; waiting time after landing is included, tolls and parking are included, and there is nothing to pay the driver on the day.
Every booking is confirmed by a real person on our WhatsApp desk, in Arabic or English, with the price written down before anything is paid.

Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers to what travellers ask us most, before they book.
Which season suits a family arriving through Amsterdam for the transfer?
Spring and early autumn bring milder weather and calmer canal paths, though the transfer itself runs the same way in every season since the driver simply tracks the incoming flight and waits inside the arrivals hall regardless of the month.
How does Haqqi Tours confirm the price before an Amsterdam transfer is booked?
The WhatsApp desk agrees flight details with the family first, then sends one written price in Arabic or English, and the ride is only confirmed once that figure is accepted before the trip takes place.
What happens if a family travels with young children on this route?
The Arabic-speaking coordinator can arrange a car seat for the vehicle when asked in advance, and the vetted partner driver waits with a name sign so parents with children can find the car without searching the terminal.
How much does a transfer from the airport to Amsterdam cost?
Prices are fixed per vehicle and shown on each route page and in its booking form; the figure you see is the figure you pay, confirmed on WhatsApp before you travel. A family or group pays for the vehicle, not per person.
Where do I meet the driver at the airport?
It varies by airport and terminal: a set meeting point inside arrivals, a specific exit, or the driver with a name board just after customs. Your WhatsApp confirmation gives the exact place, the driver's name and a phone number.
What if my flight is delayed?
Nothing to do - every transfer is flight-tracked, the pickup moves with the real landing time, and waiting time is included.
Is the transfer private or shared?
Private. The vehicle carries your party only, from the arrivals door to your address, with no other passengers.
Which vehicle should I choose?
Sedan for up to three with normal luggage, minivan or GMC for up to seven, Sprinter for up to thirteen. If unsure, tell the desk the number of passengers and bags and it recommends one before you pay.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes - say the ages when you book and the driver brings the right seats or boosters at no extra charge.
Is there a bus, train or metro from the airport to Amsterdam?
Trains run from Schiphol to Centraal in 15-20 minutes and are excellent for a light traveller; a canal-house hotel with stairs, a family with luggage or a day trip to Giethoorn is simpler with a car at the door. For anyone with luggage, a family or a late flight, the private car is the simpler choice.
Can I book the return to the airport too?
Yes. Send the departure flight and the hotel; the driver collects you with a comfortable margin, and both directions sit on one confirmation.
Do you run transfers to other cities from Amsterdam?
Yes - intercity transfers by private car or van are booked the same way; tell the desk the destination and it quotes a fixed price for the whole vehicle.
