Overview

WONDR Experience is Amsterdam's immersive playground, a colourful maze of rooms built for play rather than looking. Jump into the biggest ball pit in Europe, sing in a karaoke booth, stand under a shower of confetti, visit the SpongeBob special and let the camera system capture the whole visit. The default ticket gives you entry for your chosen date and time, and two add-on options include a large printed photo or a personalised SpongeBob driver's licence. It suits families, teenagers and groups of friends.

Itinerary

1. Arrive and check inArrive a few minutes before your time slot, show your ticket and store bags and coats in a locker.
2. Explore the roomsPlay at your own pace in the ball pit, the confetti rooms, the karaoke booths and the claw machine area.
3. SpongeBob specialWalk through the Bikini Bottom scenes and meet SpongeBob, Patrick, Squidward and friends.
4. Photos and caféTake a break at the Galaxy Café while your photos are sent to your email; the whole visit takes about ninety minutes.

Not suitable for

• Children aged 2 and under need no ticket but must stay supervised
• Visitors with strollers, luggage or large bags (these are not allowed inside)
• Visitors who require full wheelchair access to every activity, as some activities cannot be entered

Meeting point

Meet at the WONDR Experience entrance in Amsterdam at your chosen time. There is no guide and no hotel pickup: show your ticket at the entrance and use the lockers for bags and coats. The exact address and entry time are on your voucher.

Important information

• Show the ticket on your phone; it is valid for the date and time you choose.
• Strollers, luggage, large bags and tripods are not allowed inside.
• Children between 3 and 13 must be accompanied by an adult; for children of 10 and under, one adult is needed for every two children.
• Wear comfortable, easy-to-remove shoes and clothes you can move in; you will be jumping and climbing.
• Smartphones and small cameras are allowed, but tripods, lights, flashes and other filming gear are not.
• The venue is partly accessible by wheelchair: every room can be visited, but some activities cannot be entered.
