Your Hotel Transfer

Your shared vehicle collects you from your hotel lobby in the Dubai city area and returns you there at the end. Pickup is available for hotels within Dubai city limits, and you enter your hotel name and address at checkout. The operator confirms your pickup time in advance, and the driver gives you your ticket at the venue.

The transfer times can change during Ramadan, and we will inform you in advance. Because the transfer is shared, plan to be ready in the lobby a few minutes before the time confirmed. The whole experience, including the drive, takes around four hours.
