Most five-day Paris holidays spend all five days inside the ring road. This one spends two in the city, one at the royal palace on its edge and two in Normandy, because the region an hour or three to the west holds the most memorable places in northern France and they are wasted as a rushed single day. This five-day programme suits families who have seen Paris once already or who want more than a checklist: the abbey rising from the sea, the beaches of 1944, the gardens Monet painted.

Day One: Arrival and the Seine

A driver meets you at the airport and takes you to the hotel. The evening is a Seine cruise past the lit monuments, the softest first hour a family can have in Paris, followed by dinner near the hotel at a halal restaurant from the plan.

Day Two: The City With a Guide

The guide and the car cover the capital: the Louvre in a focused ninety minutes, the Eiffel Tower with a reserved lift time, the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe, the islands and Notre-Dame, with a halal lunch and a stop at the Grande Mosquée for anyone who wishes. The order bends to the family and the weather. The evening is free.

Day Three: Versailles

Versailles, thirty minutes west, fills the third day: the royal apartments and the mirrored hall with your guide ahead of the coaches, then the gardens, and for those still fresh the two Trianons and the Queen's Hamlet reached by the little train. Lunch is in the town. The car has you back in Paris by late afternoon.

Day Four: Normandy Beaches or Giverny

Day Five: Mont Saint-Michel

The last day is the longest and the one families talk about afterwards. The abbey of Mont Saint-Michel stands on a rock in a bay where the tide comes in faster than a horse can run, and the village climbs its slopes inside medieval walls. The private car leaves early, the guide walks you up the lanes and through the abbey, and there is time on the ramparts and for lunch before the drive back. Departure is late that evening or the next morning, and we build the flight timing into the plan.

The Hotel

The four nights are spent in a hotel in the heart of Paris, breakfast included, picked for its family rooms and for streets that make the free evenings a walk rather than a journey. Say whether four or five stars and which district appeals, and the hotel is named in the written quote. If you prefer to sleep near Mont Saint-Michel on the last night and fly from Paris the next day, we swap the fourth night and price it.

Food, Prayer and Pace

Halal restaurants are listed near the hotel and at each day's stops; on the Normandy days the guide reserves a restaurant that keeps pork off the family's table. Prayer times are marked against each day, and the private car stops for them. The pace is set by the family: grandparents and small children can shorten any walk while the others continue.
