Full Description
Burj Khalifa: the world's tallest building
The Burj Khalifa rises 828 m above Downtown Dubai and has held the title of the world's tallest building since it opened in January 2010. Its Y-shaped plan, inspired by a desert flower, steps back in a spiral of setbacks as it climbs, ending in a slender spire visible from much of the city. The tower holds offices, apartments and a hotel, and its observation decks are the most visited viewpoint in Dubai.
Is the Burj Khalifa worth visiting? For most travellers it is the defining Dubai experience: no other place shows so clearly how the city grew from the desert to the sea in a few decades. Plan about an hour to an hour and a half for the visit, including the exhibition on the way up and time on the deck.
Levels 124 and 125: the observation decks
Your visit starts on the lower ground floor of The Dubai Mall, where a short exhibition about the tower's construction leads to one of the fastest elevators in the world, reaching level 124 in about a minute. Level 124, about 452 m up, has floor-to-ceiling windows and an outdoor terrace section, plus digital telescopes that show the view by day and night. Level 125, one floor higher, adds more space, quieter corners and fresh angles over the city.
From the decks you see the Dubai Fountain lake directly below, Downtown's towers, Business Bay and the creek, the line of Sheikh Zayed Road towards the Marina, and on clear days the sea and the open desert. Entry to these levels is timed, so arrive for your slot and stay as long as you wish once you are up.
Sky Views Dubai observatory
Sky Views Dubai sits at the top of a pair of towers linked by a glass sky bridge across the boulevard from the Burj Khalifa, about 219 m above the ground. Because it faces the tower, it offers the classic photo of the Burj Khalifa from top to bottom, something you cannot take from inside the tower. The observatory includes a glass-floored walkway and a glass slide between two of the upper levels.
Your Sky Views ticket is valid any time on the same day during opening hours, so many visitors go up in the afternoon for clear views and then ride the Burj Khalifa at their booked time, or the other way round. The outdoor Edge Walk on the roof is a separate experience and not part of this ticket. Allow about an hour.
Downtown Dubai: The Dubai Mall and the Dubai Fountain
Both viewpoints sit in Downtown Dubai, the district built around the tower in the 2000s. The Dubai Mall at its foot is vast, with an aquarium you can see from the main walkway, an ice rink and food courts. Outside, the Dubai Fountain plays choreographed shows on the lake in front of the tower, every half hour in the evening, with a couple of shows in the early afternoon.
How to get to the Burj Khalifa? The easiest way is by taxi to The Dubai Mall, or by metro on the Red Line to Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall station, then up to 20 minutes on foot through the covered link bridge to the mall. Watching a fountain show after your visit is the perfect end to an afternoon in Downtown and among the top things to do in Downtown Dubai.

How long does it take?
Allow 1 to 1.5 hours for the Burj Khalifa and about an hour for Sky Views Dubai. The ticket is valid for one day.
Is hotel pickup included?
No, you make your own way to The Dubai Mall. The metro, taxis and ride-hailing apps all serve the mall.
What is included?
Entry to Burj Khalifa levels 124 and 125 at your booked non-prime slot, the 360-degree views and telescopes on the deck, and entry to the Sky Views Dubai observatory on the same day.
Is the price per person or per group?
The ticket is priced per person, with a reduced rate for children. The booking panel on this page shows the current price.
Is it suitable for children or guests with reduced mobility?
Yes, children are welcome with an adult and both venues are reached by elevators. Wheelchair users can access the Burj Khalifa decks; please message us before booking if you need help.
What should I bring?
A valid photo ID, your phone or camera and sunglasses for the bright decks. Large bags are best left at your hotel.
What is the best time to visit the Burj Khalifa?
Late morning and early afternoon usually bring the clearest air in the cooler months, while evening slots show the city lights. Hazy or dusty days reduce visibility, so check the weather before you go.
What are the Burj Khalifa opening hours?
The observation decks open daily from morning until late evening, with longer hours on some weekends and holidays. Your Burj Khalifa entry is at the slot you book in the booking panel.
How do I book and confirm?
Choose your date and time slot in the booking panel. Our team confirms on WhatsApp within minutes and sends your e-ticket.
Which is better, level 124 and 125 or level 148?
Levels 124 and 125 give the classic panorama at a calmer pace and suit most visitors. Level 148 is a separate premium experience higher up and is not part of this ticket.
Why combine the Burj Khalifa with Sky Views Dubai?
From the Burj Khalifa you see the city, and from Sky Views you see the Burj Khalifa itself. Together they give you both the panorama and the best photos of the tower in one day.
