Two emirates from one hotel base

This package keeps a single hotel in Dubai for all three nights and treats Abu Dhabi as a long day out rather than a second base, which saves a family the packing, the checkout and the half day lost to moving hotels. The shape is deliberate: arrival and an easy evening, then one full Dubai day, then one full Abu Dhabi day, then a free morning before the flight. Nothing is squeezed into the arrival day beyond the Marina, so a late landing or tired children do not cost you a paid attraction. Your guide and private vehicle are with you on the two touring days, and the transfers on the first and last days are private as well.

The first evening on Dubai Marina

After the private transfer from the airport and check-in, the first outing is kept simple: a walk along the Marina promenade and the neighbouring JBR beachfront, where the towers light up over the water and the restaurants stay busy until late. It is the right first evening for a family because there is nothing to queue for, strollers roll easily, and you can eat as early or as late as you like. Many Gulf families choose a slow dinner overlooking the yachts; others simply stroll and buy ice cream. If your flight lands late, the Marina can move to another evening; the outline is a guide, not a timetable, and our desk adjusts it around your arrival.

Al Fahidi, the Creek and Jumeirah on day two

The Dubai city day starts on the old side of town: the wind-tower lanes of the Al Fahidi historical district, a look at the abra boats crossing Dubai Creek, and the spice and gold souks on the Deira bank, where the guide keeps the pace gentle and knows which alleys are shaded. From there the vehicle moves along Jumeirah, with photo stops for the Jumeirah Mosque and the Burj Al Arab from the public beach, before the modern city takes over around Downtown. Day three is the Abu Dhabi day, and the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is its centrepiece: white marble courtyards, floral inlay, vast chandeliers and one of the largest hand-knotted carpets in the world. Because it is an active mosque and a national monument, staff check clothing at the entrance: arms and legs covered by loose garments, hair covered for women, and abayas lent on site to anyone who needs one. Ferrari World on Yas Island is an indoor theme park with the famous Formula Rossa roller coaster, family rides and air conditioning throughout; it suits parents with children who need to run, and it is bearable even in summer. The Louvre Abu Dhabi on Saadiyat Island is a quiet, beautifully lit museum under a latticed dome, with a walk through art and objects from many civilisations; it suits couples, teenagers and anyone who wants calm after the mosque. Who this four-day plan suits

This is a first-visit package for families and small groups who want the recognisable sights without a second hotel or an exhausting schedule. It works well for grandparents travelling with the family, because the private vehicle means nobody has to keep up with a coach group and rest stops are easy to add. It also suits couples on a short break who want the Marina and the Burj Khalifa evenings and one serious day out. It is less suited to travellers who want desert safaris, water parks or beach days, all of which can be added as extra days or swapped in, and to anyone who dislikes heat if travelling in the summer months.

Heat, seasons and when to go

Dubai and Abu Dhabi are at their most comfortable in the cooler months, when walking Al Fahidi, the Marina and the mosque courtyards is a pleasure and the outdoor fountain shows are pleasant to stand through. In the hot months the same outline still works, but the guide reorders it: the open-air stops go early, the indoor ones fill the afternoon, and Ferrari World becomes the obvious Abu Dhabi choice over any outdoor time. During Ramadan, restaurant and attraction hours change and the mosque is busier in the evenings, so tell us your dates and we will adjust. Bring sunglasses, light long clothing that also satisfies the mosque dress code, and a refillable water bottle for the car.

How the booking and daily pickups work

You send us your dates, the number of adults and children, your preferred hotel area and your Abu Dhabi choice, and our operations desk replies on WhatsApp with a written plan and the total. Once you confirm, the hotel, transfers, guide and tickets are locked in and you receive one document to keep. On arrival, the driver meets you inside the terminal with a name board. On the touring days, the guide collects you from the hotel lobby at the time agreed the evening before, and the Abu Dhabi day starts earliest. Passports are needed for hotel check-in; children's names must match their travel documents so tickets can be issued correctly.
