Full Description
Noi Bai International Airport
Noi Bai International Airport is the main gateway to northern Vietnam, about thirty kilometres north of central Hanoi. International flights use Terminal 2, a modern building opened in 2015, while domestic flights use Terminal 1 next door. Several long-haul flights from Asia, Europe and Australia land here in the early morning or late evening, when queues at passport control can become long.
After you leave the aircraft, it usually takes twenty to thirty minutes to walk through the terminal to the immigration hall. This is where our staff meet you. The Noi Bai airport fast track service saves the most time during peak arrival waves, when several wide-body aircraft land within a short period and regular lanes can take an hour or more.
How the fast-track arrival works
After booking, you send us the full names and nationalities as written in each passport, your international flight number, your arrival date and time, and your visa or e-visa if one is required. Our team tracks your flight, so everything is ready before you land. Choose the time slot closest to your scheduled landing; for example, if you land at 09:30, select 09:00 or 10:00.
On arrival, a staff member waits before the immigration area holding a welcome sign of the service rather than a personal name board; we tell you which sign to look for when we confirm. They check your documents and lead you into the priority lane, then may leave to help other passengers once you are in the right queue. Waiting times in the lane depend on traffic, but are usually much shorter than in the regular lanes.
From Noi Bai to central Hanoi
Once through immigration, you collect your luggage at the reclaim belts and pass customs. Luggage help and an escort to your car are optional extras, not part of the standard service. Outside the arrivals hall, you find official taxis, ride-hailing pick-up points and the public airport bus to the Old Quarter and the main railway station.
If you are wondering how to get from Noi Bai airport to Hanoi Old Quarter, the drive takes around forty-five minutes to an hour, crossing the Red River on the long cable-stayed Nhat Tan Bridge. A pre-arranged transfer is the most relaxed choice after a long flight, especially for families; ask our team when you book and we can arrange one for you.
Da Nang International Airport
The same fast-track service is valid at Da Nang International Airport in central Vietnam, so you can use it if your international flight lands there instead of Hanoi. Da Nang airport sits only a few kilometres from the city centre and the beaches, and it is the gateway to Hoi An, Hue and the Ba Na Hills, making it one of the busiest arrival points in the country.
The procedure is identical: send your details after booking, choose the time slot closest to your landing and meet our staff before the immigration area. Queues in Da Nang can be long when several flights from North Asia arrive together in the evening, so a fast-track arrival is especially useful for late landings with tired children.

How long does it take?
The assistance lasts about 15 minutes from meeting our staff to entering the priority lane; total time depends on airport traffic.
Is hotel pickup included?
No. This is an airport arrival service; airport transfers are not included but we can arrange one on request.

Is it suitable for children or travellers with reduced mobility?
Yes. It is very helpful for families and older travellers. Children under 2 do not need a ticket. Tell us in advance if you need a wheelchair from the aircraft.
Does the fast track include my visa?
No. You must hold a valid visa or e-visa if your nationality needs one, and government visa fees are not included.
What is the difference between standard and VIP fast track?
The VIP option uses a separate lane normally kept for crews and officials, which is usually even quicker at busy times.
