Lille Airport (LIL) lies at Lesquin, about 10 km south-east of the Grand Place, around 20 minutes by car outside rush hour; a shuttle bus also runs to the stations.
Brussels Airport (BRU, Zaventem) is about 12 km north-east of the Grand-Place; Bruges is about an hour and a quarter by motorway, Ghent 50 minutes, Antwerp 40 minutes.
Lille Europe station stands in the Euralille district, a short walk from Lille Flandres and about 1 km from the Grand Place, served by Eurostar trains from London and high-speed trains from Paris, its airports, Brussels and many French cities.
