Tangier Ibn Battouta Airport (TNG) is about 14 km south-west of the city centre, around 20 to 30 minutes from the medina, 70 km from Tetouan and about 125 km from Chefchaouen by road.
Tangier Med Port is the large ferry and container port on the Strait of Gibraltar about 40 km east of Tangier and 65 km from Tangier Airport, with passenger ferries to Spain and southern Europe.
Tangier Port, also called Tanger Ville, is the harbour at the foot of the medina, about 15 km from Tangier Airport, with ferries from southern Spain and cruise calls close to the Kasbah and the city centre.
