Riga International Airport (RIX) is about 10 km south-west of the Old Town, 20 to 25 minutes by car; Jurmala is about 20 km west, Riga Passenger Port about 14 km and Sigulda about 65 km by road.
Riga Passenger Port, the ferry and cruise terminal on the Daugava, is about 1.5 km north of the Old Town, 5 to 10 minutes by car, and about 14 km from Riga Airport, with overnight ferries from Stockholm.
