Edinburgh Airport (EDI) is about 13 km west of Princes Street beside the M8 and M9, a single terminal that is the right starting point for the Highlands, St Andrews and Glasgow as well as the city.
Glasgow Airport (GLA) is about 13 km west of the centre at Paisley - 20-25 minutes - and about an hour from Edinburgh or Loch Lomond.
