The airports serving Arusha
Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) lies on the plains between Arusha and Moshi, about 50 km east of Arusha and 40 km west of Moshi on the Arusha-Moshi highway, roughly 1 hour and 45 minutes by car respectively; Marangu on the slopes of Kilimanjaro is about 75 km and 1 hour 30 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes.
Arusha Airport (ARK) is a small airfield on the Dodoma road about 8 km west of the Arusha clock tower, 20 to 30 minutes by car, used by light aircraft to the Serengeti and Ngorongoro airstrips and by the short flights to Zanzibar; Kilimanjaro International is a separate airport about 55 km to the east.

How much does a transfer from the airport to Arusha cost?

Yes. Send the departure flight and the hotel; the driver collects you with a comfortable margin, and both directions sit on one confirmation.
Do you run transfers to other cities from Arusha?
Yes - intercity transfers by private car or van are booked the same way; tell the desk the destination and it quotes a fixed price for the whole vehicle.
Which language does the driver speak?
It depends on the country, the city and the time of the transfer, so we do not promise a particular language. Tell us your preference and we do our best; the WhatsApp desk always works in Arabic and English.
How and when do I pay?
After the written confirmation, never before. The desk explains the payment options on WhatsApp once the price, the vehicle and the meeting point are confirmed.
Can I change or cancel?
