Overview
Dine 50 metres above the ground at a table suspended by a crane over Dubai. Once you are strapped into your seat, the whole platform rises into the evening sky, and a chef in the centre prepares a 3-course menu live in front of you while the table turns slowly to reveal the city. With the default menu, you start with creamy burrata, continue with slow-cooked beef short rib served with rice in a Middle Eastern style, and finish with a chocolate sphere and ice cream, accompanied by fresh juice, soft drinks, coffee and tea. Views stretch over Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah and the Burj Al Arab. The experience lasts about 1.5 hours, with a safety supervisor at the table.

Full Description
A table 50 metres above Dubai
The experience takes place on a large open platform with a table and seats around a central kitchen, lifted by a heavy-duty crane to a height of 50 metres, about as high as a 15-storey building. Guests sit in padded seats with harnesses fastened by the crew, similar to those on a ride, and their feet hang freely beneath the table. Once everyone is secure, the platform rises slowly into the air.
At the top, the table turns gently so that every guest enjoys the full panorama. A professional supervisor stays at the table throughout, explains the safety rules and helps with photos. It sounds daring, but the ascent is smooth and calm, and most guests forget their nerves within minutes. Many people ask whether Dinner in the Sky Dubai is worth it: for a birthday, anniversary or proposal, it is unforgettable.
The 3-course menu
In the centre of the platform, a chef prepares and plates each course live before your eyes. With the default menu, the meal opens with Italian burrata, soft and creamy, followed by a slow-cooked beef short rib served with rice inspired by Middle Eastern flavours. Dessert is a chocolate sphere that opens to reveal ice cream, a playful finale high above the city.
Fresh juice, soft drinks, coffee and tea are served throughout. Other menus are available in the booking panel: sous-vide chicken breast with potato purée and asparagus, pan-seared fish, or a choice of vegetarian tortellini or vegan penne. Please let us know your choice at least 24 hours in advance so the chef can prepare it.
The views over Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah and the Burj Al Arab
From 50 metres up, Dubai reveals itself in a new way. The towers of Dubai Marina rise close by, with the yachts below, while Palm Jumeirah stretches out to sea with its fronds and crescent. Along the coast, the sail-shaped Burj Al Arab stands on its island, and on clear evenings the skyline continues towards Downtown.
The evening sittings at 18:30, 20:00 and 21:30 let you see the city at dusk or after dark, when the lights come on all along the coast. The early sitting is best for sunset colours in winter, while the later ones show the glittering night skyline. Bring a camera or phone with a strap, as the views are some of the most photogenic in Dubai.
Planning your evening
Participants must be at least 8 years old, at least 1.2 metres tall and weigh no more than 150 kg. Wear comfortable clothes suited to the weather; in winter, a light jacket is useful as it is breezier at height, and avoid loose items that could fall. The exact location of the platform is on your voucher, and we send it on WhatsApp after confirmation.
The best time to visit Dubai for Dinner in the Sky is from October to April, when evenings are mild. In strong wind or bad weather, the platform cannot be raised, and the session is rescheduled or refunded. Arrive about 15 minutes early for the safety briefing. Transport to the venue is not included.
