Full Description
Parasailing over Boracay
The day begins with the most spectacular view of Boracay: from the air. Strapped into a harness under a large parachute, you are towed by a speedboat and lifted gently high above the sea, usually with a partner or friend beside you. From up there you see the long line of White Beach, the green hills of the island and the deep blue water around it.
Launch and landing take place on the boat deck, so you stay mostly dry, and no experience is needed. The flight lasts several minutes, and the crew adjusts the height to the wind. Parasailing in Boracay depends heavily on the weather: it runs best in the calm dry season from December to May, and the crew may postpone it if the wind is too strong.
Island Hopping and Snorkelling
Next, an outrigger boat takes your group around the small islets off Boracay's coast. The crew chooses the stops according to the sea, often including Crocodile Island, a small rock named for its shape, and shallow coral gardens where you can snorkel among reef fish in warm, clear water.
Snorkelling is included in this package, and life jackets are available for anyone who wants extra confidence. Please do not stand on or touch coral and do not feed the fish. A Boracay island hopping tour is the easiest way to see the colours of the reef and the coastline from the water, and it makes a relaxing break between the flying and the mainland adventures.
Quad Ride and Zipline on the Aklan Mainland
After lunch, a speedboat carries you across the narrow strait to the mainland of Panay, in the municipality of Malay, Aklan, the same area where Caticlan airport and jetty are located. Here the landscape changes completely: rice fields, coconut groves, small villages and forested hills stretch inland from the coast.
A quad ride takes you along rural tracks through this countryside, with a guide leading the way after a short safety briefing. Then the zipline sends you gliding over the green valley, a short burst of adrenaline with a wide view. Both activities are suitable for beginners, and the trails can be muddy after rain, so wear clothes you can get dirty.
The Kawa Bath and River Kayaking
The kawa bath is a local tradition with a unique story. A kawa is a huge cast-iron cauldron, once used in the countryside for boiling sugarcane juice. Today these cauldrons are filled with water, warmed gently by a wood fire beneath and scattered with fresh leaves and flowers, so you can sit in them like a giant outdoor hot tub surrounded by greenery.
The day also includes river kayaking and swimming in the cool, clear water of a mainland river. After the warm kawa, the fresh river is the perfect contrast. Bring a change of clothes and a towel for the trip back, and keep a waterproof bag for your phone, as you will move between sea, river and countryside all day.
Planning Your Boracay Adventure Day
This full-day option lasts about eight hours, starting at 08:30 from a meeting point on Boracay that we confirm after booking. If you prefer a shorter day, there is an option of about seven hours without the zipline but with paddleboarding and kayaking, and a sea-only option of about five hours with parasailing and island hopping.
Environmental and entrance fees are paid locally. Lunch is a buffet and is not halal-certified; halal food is limited on Boracay, but seafood, vegetables and rice are easy to find, and you can tell us your dietary needs. From June to November, sea conditions can change the order of the activities or cancel the boat parts for safety, and our team will keep you informed on WhatsApp.
